| Company PGN ltd co. has a 25-year old tradition operating on over a quarter of Poland. Specializing in tool distribution (over 60 brands) for further retail, we regularly supply products to around 420 shops, of which 120 are affiliates. All affiliates share our mission of organizing the traditional tool trade into a specialized network of traders within the trade. Being an affiliate involves displaying the ’PGN Partner’ sign in an otherwise independent shop. Such companies receive the right to use our trademark in their own promotional campaign. Our aim is to present the best possible trading offer in the best possible trading conditions. Our philosophy is simple. As a wholesaler and distributor of over 60 brands of tools, not only would we like to sell the product, but also enable our partners to reap the benefits. Along with the distinction of a respected trademark and good conditions in which to cooperate,such help opens possibilities for marketing and promotions, raising the positive profile of the group in the region.Working in close cooperation with manufacturers, we also organize training sessions for salesmen, presentations, shows, and integration meetings when promoting a trade label. Thanks to this, PGN partners are competitive both in price and product range. What can be offered is a wide variety of power tools, hand tools as well as abrasives and welding materials, all carrying the guarantee of professional service, and solid traders’ liability. PGN Ltd. benefits in one singular way: securing a larger market share, which in turn funds the strategy’s further development. The market success we share with our partners is not only financially rewarding, but also consolidates our market share and enables the companies to grow in an ever more competitive economic environment. This success is not drawn from nowhere. Our company was established in 1985 as an ’Electromechanical Service’. In 1989 we signed our first agreements with Polish producers of household appliances (AGD) for service guarantees. In 1992 with ’Celma’ in Cieszyn. Since 1993 we have directed our energies towards the distribution of power tools and tools. In these earlier days the company traded under the name ’Bronislaw Chwala’. To ensure successful long-term sales, in the late nineties we decided to work closer with retailers, providing them with the advice and support they need. In May 2000 we came up with the initiative of creating PGN Ltd co, and after a year of paperwork we started trading under the new name in April 2001. This created "Poland’s first network of independent traders in the tool trade". Despite the skepticism displayed by some in the field, many producers valued us as clients and gave us the necessary support. Of course, we do not get better conditions simply by being called PGN. However, working with people not companies, the moral support displayed was important to us. Today, we do not struggle with ’IF?’ but with ’HOW?’ to accommodate our aims in a changing and competitive economic climate. Over 7 years trading under the new name we have experienced a marked increase in sales, we have employed more people, and extended the area we trade in, as can be seen on the map below: In towns marked on the map there are shops with PGN trademark displayed. Our name is associated with: -professional service -vast assortment of tools -sound prices -solid traders’ guarantees. The aims are carefully fulfilled by our 80-people based team.
